      DELIVERY INFORMATION

       

      GENERAL SHIPPING DETAILS

      All orders are processed and shipped via our preferred courier partners. 

      • Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number. 
      • Should you not receive your tracking number for whatever reason, you can request it by emailing hello@inov8sa.co.za.

      DELIVERY TIMES

      • Shipping to main city centres 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and Black Fridays).
      • Shipping to outlying and rural areas 5-7 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and Black Friday).

      DELIVERY DETAILS

      • Please ensure you have entered the correct address and contact information (including phone number) when placing your order. 
      • Please ensure the address you list has someone available to sign for and receive the goods during work hours. 
      • If you need a specific time for delivery, this is difficult to arrange with a 3rd party courier and we suggest you arrange this directly with the courier driver once you have received the tracking information.
