All orders are processed and shipped via our preferred courier partners.
- Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number.
- Should you not receive your tracking number for whatever reason, you can request it by emailing email@example.com.
- Shipping to main city centres 48/72 hours delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping to outlying and rural areas 5-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Please ensure you have entered the correct address and contact information (including phone number) when placing your order.
- Please ensure the address you list has someone available to sign for and receive the goods during work hours.
- If you need a specific time for delivery, this is difficult to arrange with a 3rd party courier and we suggest you arrange this directly with the courier driver once you have received the tracking information.
