Competition and Giveaway Terms and Conditions

We run our giveaways for fun. Keep in mind that this is not the Olympic games, errors may occur, and that winning isn't everything. Please enjoy participating in our giveaways in the spirit in which they are intended - a bit of lighthearted fun.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in any competition or giveaway ("Promotion") organised by Inov-8 South Africa ("We," "Us," or "Our").

  

Entry Method:

• To enter the Promotion, participants must follow the instructions provided in the Promotion announcement. We reserve the right to change these requirements without notice, should we discover an error or complication.

 

Eligibility:

• The Promotion is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility requirements. Unless otherwise stated, this only includes individuals who reside within South Africa and who are participating in the giveaway as an individual, and not on behalf of a group, brand or another person.

  

Prize Details:

• The prizes offered in the Promotion, along with their estimated retail values, will be outlined in the Promotion announcement. We reserve the right to change these at our discretion. Where possible, sizes will be customised according to the winner's preferences.

  

Entry Deadline:

• The Promotion's start and end dates and times will be stated in the Promotion announcement, or in subsequent posts. We reserve the right to extend or shorten these deadlines at our discretion.

  

Winner Selection:

• The criteria and methods for selecting winners will typically be outlined in the competition details. Winners are chosen at our discretion.

 

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified within 24hrs of giveaway closure. Typically, winners will be contacted via the social media accounts they used to enter. They must respond within 5 working days to claim their prize.

 

Privacy:

• Participant information will be collected and used in compliance with privacy laws.

  

Publicity Rights:

• By entering the Promotion, participants grant Inov-8 South Africa the right to use their names and images in promotional materials related to the Promotion. 

  

Liability:

• Inov-8 South Africa shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by participants as a result of participating in the Promotion.

   

General Conditions:

• Inov-8 South Africa reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules or engage in fraudulent activity. Finalists and winners are choses at our discretion.

   

Changes or Cancellation:

• Inov-8 South Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion for any reason. Participants will be notified in the event of such changes.

 

Governing Law:

• The laws of South Africa will govern these terms and conditions.

  

Compliance with Laws:

• The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
